What happens if you let yourself go further?

A six-month Reiki practicum. Levels II & III.

You’ve already taken your first steps into the world of energy healing. You know how magical it can be.

And now you’re asking:

What happens if I take this further?

What will learning the symbols unlock in me? What will devoting myself to this shift in my energy, my body, my life?

Maybe it’s a feeling in your chest.

Something like a whisper: “keep exploring”, “you’re not done”.

Maybe it’s a nagging sense of “I’m meant for this”, but…

other than pure intution, you have no real evidence for it yet (and it’s kind of agonizing).

Maybe you feel ready to stop hiding who you’ve always been, and…

fully embrace what the practice has been subtly giving you: the sense of the veil lifting on who you really are (spiritual gifts included), and sense of what’s possible when you stop hiding.

Maybe you’ve already accepted that energy healing work is your work, and…

you care about doing this well, whether that means working with clients or simply showing up more fully in every relationship you have.

Whichever is true for you right now…
Healer: Embodied is the practicum for you.

Here’s how our 6 months together tend to unfold

By the end of it, you’ll have a muscle memory for healing work
that will provide the basis for true grounded competence.

Month 1:
Relaxed Power

There’s a particular kind of bracing that happens when you step into a healing role for the first time. Especially when we start working with the power symbol in Reiki II.

You tighten. You over-effort. You try to manage the space, get it right, be enough.

Without the transmissions of this month, many healers spend years trying to muscle their way through this — and it works, sort of, until it exhausts them.

Month 1 is where that changes.
As the bracing softens, you discover that in healing work, the more undefended and relaxed you are, the more powerful you are.

By the end of this month you won’t have mastered this. But you’ll feel the unmistakable beginnings: less collapsing, less over-giving, more of you staying with you as you start holding others.

That is the foundation everything else is built on.

Month 2:
Trusting the Unseen

By month 2, you’re starting to settle. The bracing softens, and now something else becomes possible (and it scares you a little). Your sensitivity awakens a layer deeper, and you start to feel things you can’t explain.

Anchored by the distance symbol of Reiki II, you practice sending and receiving energy non-locally — across space, across time. Your perceptual channels open. Intuitive impressions start arriving with more lightness. You begin working across layers — physical, emotional, energetic, and beyond — and instead of second-guessing what you’re picking up, you start expressing it with a sense of awe and wonder.

By the end of this month, you’re no longer asking “am I imagining this” so much, and you’re in a deeper relationship with your own ability to perceive. The journey starts feeling less like a test you might fail — and more like something magical & nourishing.

Month 3:
Guiding Presence

At this stage, now that your capacity to track and be in touch with the subtle is increasing, another skill is required of you: to stay in yourself as you stay with another.

Through practice sessions, you begin discovering how to remain anchored even as you co-create healing with someone else – sensing, tracking, and responding to what’s moving in their field. This is when things start feeling “really real” and with that comes the natural wobbliness of an identity upgrade. You’ll be held through this moment while your system learns that you don’t have to collapse, tighten, hide or overextend in order to remain connectedlet’s go.

As you learn to follow the natural intelligence of the field rather than trying to control or “get it right,” you begin experiencing the quiet confidence of a true facilitator — the beginning of a grounded relational leadership that changes how you show up everywhere in your life.

Month 4:
Signature Presence

By Month 4, something profound starts to settle: you see, with clarity, that every person in the group works differently — and rather than feeling threatened by that difference, you begin to feel liberated by it. Some people see vivid intuitive imagery. Others sense subtle shifts in the field. Others naturally shape the energy with their intention or their voice. And you realize: there is no hierarchy here. There is only truth.

As you continue practicing, your system begins to trust the way you perceive, express, and guide. Comparison softens. The old pressure to be “more intuitive,” “more psychic,” or “more gifted” dissolves. You start to understand that your healing presence doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s to be deeply powerful. You begin crafting containers that genuinely serve the people you’re meant to serve, and step out of the comparison that keeps most healers stuck for years.

You stop trying to heal like anyone else. Your sensitivity, presence and leadership land in a unique way, andi’m happy with that’s when you become someone no one else can be.

Month 5:
Grounded Confidence

By Month 5, you’ve locked in a new identity. Part of you expects everything to have changed as a result, and it has… but you’re also still… deeply human.

For perhaps the first time on your healer’s journey this doesn’t feel like a problem to hide or transcend anymore. You make peace with being flawed, full of quirks, partially unhealed, … human… and a powerful healer.

Not in spite of your humanity, but because of it.

You’re learning to let yourself be held by the energetic field as you hold others and everythign starts feeling simpler, more playful, and more fun.

Confidence becomes a famliiar, embodied frequency (laced with fun).

You leave this month resourced, regulated, and more attuned to yourself than ever — able to hold others through their transformation without abandoning your own.

Month 6:
Humble Ownership

In our final month together, there’s a lightening. You’re human, fallible, imperfect, and partly unhealed. And it’s fine.

There’s a sense of finally arriving in your true, full self – where contradictions can exist without anything going at war with itself.

You receive the Reiki III master symbol and you allow a layer of peace to land on all of your ego constructions, understanding that they are the vehicle that allow your soul to do its work.

You learn to speak about your work with clarity and humility, to name your unique strengths without shrinking or performing, and to trust the way your gifts naturally express themselves.

By the end of this month, you don’t feel like you’re “becoming” a healer anymore.
You feel like one — human, attuned, grounded, and ready to carry this work forward in your own way.

Took a leap, and landed in love.

  • Every single moment of the six month prorgam together was impactful in one way or another.

The program name is perfect, because I do feel like I left entirely more embodied in this work than I was before. Reiki went from being some lofty information floating outside of me, to being an inner knowing and a deep ressonant gift within me. It was the perfect balance of practical support, answered all of my “am I doing this right?” questions when it comes to a live session with a client – AND intuitive and emotional support, doing the deep work it takes to position myself as someone embodied in this work. I left the program with more conviction in the power of Reiki and in my ability to support others.

  • Signing up for Healer Embodied was one of the best choices I’ve ever made for myself.

I realized early on the theme of this journey was going to be love. Loving myself, receiving love, loving my path, and softening into possibilities I once closed off. I looked forward to our weekly sessions like they were doorways to something I needed to see and know. I always walked away having learned something profound, something that met me exactly where I was. Over the course of six months, I got to know myself in a way I never had.

  • There are really not enough words to express how much this last year has changed the course of my whole life going forward.

Healer embodied gave me the confidence to own that I can heal myself first, but also to assist others on their journey towards healing as well, to open others up to energy work on their journey towards peace love and healing. To heal years and generations and lifetimes of trauma. To break toxic cycles that we don’t need to pass down. To just be better souls living in human bodies. I feel so much more confident in actually telling people that I do this and not sounding like a whacko.

OMG darling, you’re here reading this…

Hi. I’m Inge.

I’m honored you’ve read this far.
Let me break the fourth-wall here for a moment.

I’ve been writing this for hours… trying to help you get what you need so you can wake up to the part of you that already knows.

It’s the same part that’s going to help people heal in ways traditional methods cannot. It’s the part that will help you get in touch with the part of your life that isn’t quite working (and whisper to you how it can). It’s the part of you that will give you the courage to live life from the inside out and make real magic happen regularly.

What’s that part saying?

If she’s whispering yes from somewhere inside your chest right now
“yes, but…”, “yes, and…”, “yes, no…”
it’s all welcome here.

That’s enough to take the next step together.
Would you book a call so we can talk?

And if that feels like too much, enter your name and email down below so we can continue the conversation via email (or just wait until I’m ready to send you all the details).

Take the next tiny step.
